If you’re looking for a studio space that’s versatile for any session, the MEDIA studio space is for you.
We do offer our studio space for rent to local artists and producers. The front room has great natural lighting, while the back area, fully equipped for a video production podcast studio, has more controlled lighting for a studio lighting setup. Securing the space is available for full day rental, and grants you access to the whole studio space for up to ten hours.
You also have access to the charming front porch, wooded back area with picnic bench. The front porch is beautifully decorated according to season’s changes, giving a fresh new look with every holiday to celebrate.
You are welcome to use any of the decor and furniture you see in the photos, moving them around as you please. The white couch transforms into a full bed for versatile usability.
This charming office space and studio is nestled in a heavenly plaza with amazing neighbors and next to an organic coffee and juice bar Three Little Birds, charming gifts boutique Some Boutique, and below a functional medicine doctor, Flourish Wellness.
Across the street is a lovely antique shop, Hartwood Corners, where their merchandise can be rented to accentuate your studio setup. a unique, hopping wine bar, the Wine Cave is across the street as well.
The studio is conveniently placed right next to the stage entrance of Hartwood Acres, giving you convenient access to the whole natural space of Hartwood Acres if you’d like to add versatility to your session. Also down the street from Hampton Community Park and Rachel Carson Trail.
With about 750 square feet and 10 ft ceilings, there’s plenty of room for everyone. You can comfortably control the temperatures with heated floors and AC.
