Moksha Physical and Mental training is an independent training facility that specializes in weight loss and management through creating a foundation of mental skills and promoting behavior changes. Marissa Foht, certified exercise physiologist and sports and exercise psychology MS, is the creator and founder of Moksha. Foht wanted to help people feel better physically and mentally.
Moksha’s philosophy is that we know what we should be doing, but we struggle with doing these things consistently. They believe that the foundation of weight loss – and truly changing your lifestyle – is the mental skills necessary to change your behaviors day in and day out.
