Doug Smith is an active member in the Pittsburgh community. Along with being the Development Manager at Light of Life Rescue Mission, a non-profit that helps the homeless in Pittsburgh, he also is the founder of L3 Leadership.

L3 Leadership builds a community of leaders that grow by connecting them through training, events, mastermind groups, and memberships.

Doug encourages thousands of people through his speaking events ever year, and has a podcast series on his website Doug Smith Live.
