Baldé shared the education that’s necessary for Hair Enhancements’ marketing to convey in order for her leads to be really qualified to purchase her products on her website or through their brick-and-mortar consults. For her and Hair Enhancements, it’s super important for her clients and customers to know that the products they customize and sell through their online shop are high quality, made of real human hair, and therefore are a higher investment level. However, she also knows it’s important for her audience to know that although her real hair wig and topper products are high-end, they need to know that each one has a certain life span and that proper maintenance is required to retain quality. 

Not to mention, Baldé and Hair Enhancements are on a mission to break the stigma of the embarrassment behind wearing wigs or toppers. She often shares “It’s so normalized for people to wear extensions but when it comes to wigs or toppers, it’s taboo.” She’s expressed she wants everyone to know that you are beautiful without your wig or topper, but that it is totally normal and okay and even awesome for you to wear one to accentuate your own natural beauty! 

In order for Hair Enhancements to receive the most qualified leads possible, their marketing agency, yours truly at MEDIA – The Creative Agency, needs to subliminally convey these messages within the social media copy, within the photos, within the photo captions, within the digital ads, within the google search keywords, you name it – again and again and again because as Baldé said, “Just because your phone is ringing off the hook and your stylist chair is constantly filled, doesn’t mean that your bank account portrays the same story.” Having improper target marketing can cost you a lot of money. 

As you’re reading this, you might think “But what about this type of client or that type of client…I’d still be willing to help them!” The beauty of it is, that you want to speak to your ideal client exactly in all of your marketing, and those who kinda sorta qualify will still reach out, and you’ll have the chance to say yes or no. But often, it’s important for you to feel whether that desire to attract everyone or anyone comes from a place of limiting beliefs that you won’t have enough clients otherwise. It’s a key question to ask yourself as a business leader.
